At R & L Miller we recognise that a high standard of customer care is extremely important therefore our parts department will make every effort to get you going again as quickly as possible.
The parts department and farm supplies store carry an extensive stock of parts , tools and accessories from major suppliers, for example: Vapormatic, Sparex, Kramp, Fleetguard, Draper and Tinsley. We are a Main Dealer for Husqvarna Power Products and sell a range of competitive mowers, strimmers and chainsaws from Mitox and AL-KO.
We also stock fencing timber and wire, gates, feed troughs, feed rings and water troughs. We are stockists of both IAE and Ritchie equipment.
Our parts department staff can offer advice on the premises or over the phone. With access to the manufacturers parts systems we are more than happy to answer any queries and source parts for machinery that we haven’t sold. So get in touch there really is no harm in contacting us for assistance.
We understand that many of our customers are too busy to visit us, so stocked parts can be sent by courier on a next day basis if required.
We accept card payments, which means we are usually able to provide the parts needed within 24 hours without the need for customers to even leave their premises. However, we do appreciate that a face-to-face service is preferable, which is why our parts department has a well-stocked shop with interesting product displays and a friendly face behind the counter to welcome customers.
From May to September our parts department is open Monday – Friday from 0730 – 1800 and Saturday 0800 – 1300.
From October to April, Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700 and Saturday 0800 – 1300
We are flexible about opening hours, so if you have a special request please ask and we will accommodate you if possible.
